About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Room Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and corridors, to meet our hotel's high standards.
  • Restock and replace towels and linen as needed.
  • Report any lost property in accordance with our hotel's procedures.
  • Maintain and store cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a cleaning or customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Full Australian working rights are required for this role.
