About the Role
As an Events Assistant, you'll provide event support to the Event & Marketing Managers within the Institutional space. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build experience, understand marketing-based events, and launch their event career in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and coordination for Institutional Marketing events.
- Manage event schedules, logistics, and provide support to suppliers.
- Assist the Events Team and lead your own event projects once ready.
- Provide onsite event support and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Maintain detailed event records and documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of event processes and procedures.
- Coordinate the efficient and timely processing of purchase requisitions and invoices related to events.
Requirements
- Background in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or Business with related work experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to think on your feet and handle challenges with confidence and composure.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- A passion for delivering exceptional events and contributing innovative ideas.
