The role of a Business Development Manager is to propel your career forward and take on new challenges. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and customer connections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and connect with clients in the scientific sector across the region, fostering long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key decision-makers and contractors, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Spearhead business development campaigns in collaboration with recruitment and marketing teams, leveraging your expertise to drive commercial success.
  • Develop and implement tailored recruitment and workforce solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Contribute to our organization's growth by unlocking new markets and client opportunities, driving revenue and expansion.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a Science field and at least 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the scientific sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and deliver value-driven client solutions, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation capabilities, with a proven track record of success in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work seamlessly across departments and geographies, building strong relationships and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel and engage with clients throughout Sydney/NSW or Interstate if required.
  • Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
