The Opportunity: Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at our flagship Sydney boutique, you will embody the values and legacy of Browns. You will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional client experience, showcasing our exquisite creations, and building lasting relationships with our clientele.


Your Role and Impact:

  • Provide an elevated, personalized client experience, sharing the story, heritage, and craftsmanship of our jewelry.
  • Proactively engage with clients to achieve sales targets and exceed KPIs while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.
  • Be an ambassador of our brand, reflecting our commitment to excellence and elegance in every client interaction.

Requirements

To Be a Perfect Fit:

  • An undergraduate degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales or client services with a high standard of presentation, interpersonal skills, and grooming.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
