Seeking a hands-on leader to steer the Cabinetry Workshop in Bayswater, WA. A unique opportunity for a Cabinet Maker by trade to drive high-performance culture and shape the future of this state-of-the-art workshop.

A key responsibility will be to establish workflows, quality standards and productivity KPIs. You'll also need to recruit, train and mentor team members, instilling pride in craftsmanship and accountability.
