Product Specialist
to join our
Home and Community Care Team
.
In this exciting role, you will use your product knowledge to deliver real results for clients in the community, while building meaningful relationships with therapists and healthcare professionals. The position strikes a balance with managing a referral caseload, as well as undertaking new business development opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on Assistive Technology to a wide range of clients in the community
- Conduct trials and demonstrations of our market-leading Home & Community Care equipment
- Work closely with allied health professionals, offering solutions that support the health and independence of their clients
- Deliver education sessions and in-services for referrers to showcase our product range
- Build new business opportunities while managing a caseload of referrals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals
About You
- A background in aged care, disability, healthcare, or sales
- Confidence in conducting product trials and speaking with clients, families, and health professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great time management and the ability to manage your own schedule
- Motivation to hit KPIs and deliver outstanding service
- Ability to safely handle and transport equipment
Required Licences and Compliance Checks
- A full Australian driver's license
- Current National Criminal records check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working with Children check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Vaccinations (flu and covid 19 including booster or medical exemption)
- Working Rights in Australia
