Lead and Develop the Workforce of Tomorrow

At our company, we are seeking an exceptional Group Training & Apprentice Manager to elevate our training division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a large-scale, multi-discipline apprenticeship program.
  • Develop and implement a structured apprentice progression framework.
  • Coach and train supervisors and managers to be effective leaders and mentors.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and design targeted upskilling programs.
  • Coordinate government-funded training initiatives and ensure compliance.
  • Engage with schools, TAFEs, and industry to recruit and promote talent.
  • Align workforce capability with the business strategy using skills matrix planning.
Requirements:
  • Formal qualifications in Leadership, Training & Assessment, or Human Resources.
  • Industry experience in engineering, mechanical trades, or industrial operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large workforce development programs.
  • Strong background in coaching supervisors and operational leaders.
  • Ability to map skills needs and design capability-building solutions and possess a confident, collaborative leadership style with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
