We are seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our team, you will assist the head chef and work closely with the kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dishes.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience as a CDP or Junior Sous Chef and possess a strong grasp of modern Australian menu and Asian cuisine. You will be responsible for learning and executing signature dishes quickly and accurately.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary package of $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year. Our shift work schedule offers flexibility and opportunities for growth within the team.
