This role offers a unique blend of research, development, documentation, and leadership responsibilities, making it perfect for a talented chef with advanced pastry knowledge, strong organisational skills, and a passion for mentoring junior chefs.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and develop new products and menu items, ensuring they meet Lune's high standards of quality and innovation.
- Document recipes, costings, processes, photos, and videos with precision, providing valuable insights for future development.
- Stay ahead of culinary trends and translate insights into development projects that drive growth and success.
- Mentor and guide junior chefs through the development process, fostering innovation while maintaining consistency and operational feasibility.
- Collaborate with kitchen leaders and cross-functional teams to drive national brand initiatives, events, and product launches.

- You have proven experience in recipe development, testing, and documentation.
- You possess advanced pastry knowledge and a meticulous palate.
- You bring strong organisational, communication, and administrative skills.
- You have experience mentoring and developing junior chefs.
