Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated professional to coordinate and deliver high-quality support services for student placements and work integrated learning opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administer placements, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Support students, placements, internships, volunteering, work placements, and co-op programs within the Faculty.
  • Provide guidance and information to students and staff about placements and WIL activities, maintaining placement-specific resources.
  • Maintain databases and systems, ensuring compliance with University policies and procedures.
  • Foster relationships with internal and external partners to ensure effective delivery of all placements/WIL activities.
About the Role

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience.
  • A comprehensive understanding of student placements and WIL programs.
  • Effective communication skills – written and verbal – with the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, and partners.
  • Experience in monitoring student placement progression and compliance.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
