This role involves coordinating and managing the end-to-end placement allocation process for Teacher Education Students (TES). The successful candidate will ensure placements meet UNSW course and program requirements, as well as accreditation standards set by NESA and the NSW Department of Education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage placement allocations, including sourcing schools, matching students, and communicating placement details.">
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and stakeholders to support long-term engagement.">
  • Provide professional and responsive communication to students, schools, and internal stakeholders throughout the placement cycle.">
  • Support the WIL Education team with proactive and efficient administration, collaborating closely with colleagues and leadership.">
  • Triage and respond to placement-related queries and escalate issues as needed.">
  • Maintain accurate data across systems for placement tracking, auditing, and reporting.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience, ideally within the NSW school sector. They should also have experience in customer-focused environments with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
