We are seeking an experienced program manager to join our operations team. This is a highly cross-functional role that will drive clarity and momentum across programs, processes, and priorities.
As a program manager, you will be responsible for coordinating initiatives, wrangling communications and cadences, and ensuring our teams have clarity and context to execute. You will work closely with engineering leadership, technical program managers, and business partners to design, deliver, and scale initiatives that span teams and the broader organization.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in business operations, program, or project management, leading strategic initiatives in medium-to-large, fast-paced organizations. They will have a proven track record of driving large cross-functional programs with diverse teams from concept to completion. Additionally, they will possess exceptional stakeholder management skills, building trusted relationships across technical and non-technical teams, and influencing without authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Program Ownership: Take full ownership of complex, cross-functional programs with high visibility and impact; define the problem, align stakeholders, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.
- Cross-organisational Coordination: Work on cross-company programs, partnering with business, program, and people teams to scale shared frameworks and rituals within the operation.
- Specialty Operational Excellence: Coordinate cadence, communications, and processes; continuously improve systems, workflows, and channels to keep the operation aligned and effective.
