Technical Delivery Lead - Dynamics 365

This is a highly challenging and rewarding role that requires a senior technology leader with a strong engineering foundation.

The successful candidate will drive the delivery of a large-scale mortgage migration program, providing oversight and direction in design and architecture workshops.

  • Lead the technical delivery of a complex program.
  • Partner with engineers and delivery teams to ensure accountability and effective delegation of tasks.
  • Communicate technical solutions clearly to senior stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Identify technology dependencies, risks, and potential delivery impacts, and work with teams to mitigate them.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong financial services background within large enterprise environments, combined with deep technical expertise and proven leadership capability.

Key Skills:
  • Background as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 engineer with career progression into technical delivery leadership.
  • Experience delivering large-scale migrations and implementations within financial services.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Java, WebLogic, Oracle DB, and SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with middleware technologies.
