Large Scale Change Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Management Specialist to lead large-scale change initiatives across people, culture, and business operations.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies and plans, building stakeholder buy-in, and mentoring peers and change champions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy development, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training delivery, with a proven track record of managing large-scale transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans across multiple workstreams.
- Build executive and stakeholder buy-in, ensuring ownership and accountability for change outcomes.
- Mentor and guide peers and change champions to uplift organisational change capability.
- 10+ years of experience in managing large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong background in strategy development, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training delivery.
- Exceptional interpersonal, consultation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- 12-month contract with strong potential to extend.
- Hybrid working model – 3 days onsite in Parramatta, with free parking.
