Site Scale Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Scale Operator to join our team at our recycling facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of our waste management business by weighing trucks in and out of site and producing customer dockets
- Providing excellent customer service via phone and face-to-face interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Processing payments, including EFTPOS transactions, account transactions, cash payments, and cash reconciliation
- Monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and financial integrity
- Completing onboarding and inductions for new team members
- Previous experience working in a customer-focused role is essential
- General administrative skills, such as data entry, are necessary for success in this position
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude is crucial for providing exceptional customer service
- Previous experience with cash handling and intermediate computer skills, particularly MS Office products like Excel, are highly desirable
