About the Position
The Boarding House Manager will provide daily care and supervision to up to 10 young athletes aged 16-20 living at an elite residential setting.
Key responsibilities include assisting with meal planning, household routines, life skills, transportation, and general upkeep of the home, ensuring a structured, safe, respectful, and high-performing environment aligned with the club's values.
This is a live-in position with rent-free accommodation and utilities, plus additional employment benefits.
About You
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and caring person (or couple) with the ability to guide young adults in a structured home setting. Ideally, you will have experience working with youth or in a residential care setting, strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, a proactive and empathetic nature, and a current driver's license.
What We Offer
In addition to rent-free on-site accommodation, we offer an annual salary (negotiable) for individuals or couples, food and transportation allowances, use of a club vehicle for player-related transportation, mobile phone and internet included, gym membership, and ongoing support from the wellbeing and education team.
