Job title

Residential Aged Care Specialist

Location: Unitings Millers Point, New South Wales, Australia

Responsibilities
  • Support the establishment and embedding of quality frameworks, including monitoring and data analysis.
  • Stay updated on relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices related to the area of specialisation.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Monitor audits, accreditation and compliance performance across all operations to ensure services and processes comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Lead effective reviews of programs, processes, and systems to implement improvement initiatives aligned with best practices and the Senior Services Operating Model principles.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Sound working knowledge of Residential Aged Care
  • Substantial experience in quality assurance, audit processes and compliance
  • Maintain current knowledge of evolving changes and trends within the aged care industry
  • Foster strong partnerships with essential stakeholders
