Location: Unitings Millers Point, New South Wales, Australia
Responsibilities- Support the establishment and embedding of quality frameworks, including monitoring and data analysis.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices related to the area of specialisation.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Monitor audits, accreditation and compliance performance across all operations to ensure services and processes comply with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust strategies as needed.
- Lead effective reviews of programs, processes, and systems to implement improvement initiatives aligned with best practices and the Senior Services Operating Model principles.
- Bachelor qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Sound working knowledge of Residential Aged Care
- Substantial experience in quality assurance, audit processes and compliance
- Maintain current knowledge of evolving changes and trends within the aged care industry
- Foster strong partnerships with essential stakeholders
