OverviewUniting Millers Point, New South Wales, AustraliaJob titleResidential Aged Care SpecialistLocation: Unitings Millers Point, New South Wales, AustraliaResponsibilitiesSupport the establishment and embedding of quality frameworks, including monitoring and data analysis.Stay updated on relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices related to the area of specialisation.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.Monitor audits, accreditation and compliance performance across all operations to ensure services and processes comply with regulatory requirements.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust strategies as needed.Lead effective reviews of programs, processes, and systems to implement improvement initiatives aligned with best practices and the Senior Services Operating Model principles.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experienceSound working knowledge of Residential Aged CareSubstantial experience in quality assurance, audit processes and complianceMaintain current knowledge of evolving changes and trends within the aged care industryFoster strong partnerships with essential stakeholdersWhat we offerChance to deliver significant organisational changeWork with senior leaders and managers of the organisationJoin a leading Not For Profit organisationProfessional and personal development opportunitiesAdditional informationA copy of the position description can be found here: PD - Residential Aged Care Specialist (1).
