Professional Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Assistant to join our team. This role will offer a 1:1 working partnership supporting a lawyer in a very busy practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional care and support to clients in a professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the team with general files management and administration.
- Coordinate appointments for lawyers, medico-legal appointments for clients, conferences and mediations.
- Communicate with clients, insurers, and other professionals both in writing and verbally.
- Prepare legal correspondence and compile court documents.
- Prepare matters for conferences and hearings.
- Mentor and train support staff.
- An experienced Legal Assistant with a passion for social justice and generating positive outcomes for clients.
- A natural passion for helping people and high level of empathy.
- Exceptional experience in communication and customer service.
- Excellent written and drafting skills.
- Recognise the importance of attention to detail and time management.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
- A willingness to learn.
- Proactive approach and initiative.
