Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Private Client Support Specialist. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our financial advisers and act as the central point of contact for all client queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to a team of financial advisers, handling client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Manage the creation, distribution, and follow-up of client correspondence, maintaining accurate records and upholding the company's image in all communications.
  • Assist financial advisers with daily tasks, including trade management, meeting coordination, and settlement facilitation.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing expertise and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Finance, or Commerce (desired)
  • Database maintenance and management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Kaplan Professional diploma or equivalent qualification (advantageous)
  • Options ADA1/ADA 2 (advantageous)
  • Experience in the financial services industry (advantageous)
