Key Responsibilities:- Work alongside Financial Advisors to deliver financial products and services
- Utilize advanced systems for effective communication with clients
- Resolve complex client issues through critical thinking and effective solutions
- 1+ year of experience in wealth management, superannuation, or related fields within a contact centre environment
- High accuracy and typing skills for effective use of live chat platforms
- Critical thinking skills to navigate and resolve complex client issues
