Program Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Program Coordinator to join our team at the Olympic Pool. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to creating a culture that is as pleasurable to work in as it is to experience for customers.

About the Role
  • Assist the Manager Leisure and Aquatics to efficiently and effectively set up and manage the aquatic programs and creche of the upgraded pool.
  • Develop and lead a cohesive and motivated team, providing a professional, quality service to all learn to swim and pool users.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders, contributing towards the operation of an industry-leading leisure and aquatic centre.
Key Requirements
  • Extensive experience and a passion for the swim school and aquatic industries.
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to motivate and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • In-depth knowledge or understanding of child safety policies and procedures would be beneficial.
