
Aquatic Programs Leader

A unique opportunity exists for an experienced professional to lead and manage aquatic programs at a newly upgraded leisure and aquatic centre.
This role reports directly to the Manager Leisure and Aquatics and is responsible for setting up and managing aquatic programs and creche. The successful applicant will lead a team, develop strategies to ensure the facility meets council standards, and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders.
This position offers a chance to be part of one of Sydney's most iconic sites and contribute to the operation of an industry-leading leisure and aquatic centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to optimize facility utilization in line with council requirements.
- Lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the success of the leisure and aquatic centre.
- Extensive experience in swim schools and aquatic industries.
- Ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with OCG Child Safe policies and procedures.
