We are seeking a highly skilled Aquatic Program Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the new North Sydney Olympic Pool project, which aims to develop and grow the facility.
The successful candidate will lead and manage the creche, swim school, and squad teams, ensuring the facility meets Council standards. They will also develop and lead a cohesive and motivated team, providing a professional quality service to learn to swim and pool users.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager Leisure and Aquatics to efficiently and effectively set up and manage the aquatic programs and creche of the upgraded NSOP.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a safe environment for all children engaged in activities operated by NSOP.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Aquatic Program Coordinator with:
- A passion for the swim school and aquatic industries.
- A can-do attitude and ability to motivate and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- In-depth knowledge or understanding of OCG Child Safe policies and procedures.
