Job Title: Aquatic Program Instructor

As an Aquatic Program Instructor, you will be responsible for leading engaging and safe aquatic programs for children of all ages. You will ensure that each child develops physically, socially, and emotionally to their full potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality aquatic programs that cater to diverse age groups and skill levels.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters social interaction and physical development among participants.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, participation, and progress.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and support staff to ensure seamless program delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new program initiatives and ideas.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, recreation, or a related field.
  • Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and WWC (Working With Children).
  • Previous experience in teaching or instructing children in aquatic settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
