Job Summary

Carpentry Apprentice Role

This role is perfect for individuals who want to learn the trade of carpentry through hands-on experience.

  • The successful candidate will learn various skills, including maintenance and repairs.
  • They will also gain experience in installing and repairing parkland furniture and equipment, fencing, and minor concreting works.

Responsibilities
  • Learnt the trade through hands-on maintenance and repairs.
  • Repair doors, windows, and fixtures; replace damaged timber.
  • Install and repair parkland furniture & equipment; fencing; minor concreting works.
Qualifications and Training
  • Certificate III in Carpentry course at Shellharbour TAFE.
  • Pre-placement Medical examination is required.
  • General Construction Induction Card (White Card) prior to commencement.
