About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional with subdivision and development expertise to assess and determine development and subdivision applications, support our certifying responsibilities through inspections and evaluations, and promote a customer-focused approach that enhances outcomes for both our community and us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing and managing the development of new subdivisions as well as built form developments by providing professional advice.
  • Conducting development and/or subdivision assessment and inspections having regard to our role as Principal Certifier, and providing advice to developers and staff.
  • Managing customer requests and promoting a customer-focused approach.
About You

You are a self-starter with a solid understanding of planning and legislative frameworks governing engineering design, construction, and certification. You bring a passion for engineering and development, thrive on collaboration, have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and are energized by the opportunity to drive quality outcomes.
