We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator who is eager to take on new challenges and advance their marketing career. As a member of our passionate team, you will have the opportunity to implement marketing strategies across Australia and internationally, as we expand our business overseas.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the successful completion of planned marketing programs. This role requires close collaboration with our sales team, product management, and external agencies to innovate our communications and enhance the effectiveness of our marketing and customer experience programs.

  • Photography and video shoots management
  • Redesigning marketing materials
  • Coordinating exhibitions and events
  • Analyzing metrics and creating reports
  • Briefing, managing, and creating email campaigns
  • Supporting the development and launch of a new website
  • Internal and external communications support
  • Google business listings management
  • Social media management

To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications or a similar field. Preferably, you will have two years of marketing experience in a corporate setting and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

You will also possess:

  • Excellent initiative and a proactive approach
  • Well-developed communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong customer focus and relationship building skills
  • Previous experience in multi-channel marketing
  • Competency in graphic design (InDesign, Photoshop) – highly regarded
  • Digital marketing experience – preferred
  • Experience with MS Office suite, Adobe Creative suite, Trello, and Google suite – preferred
  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn – preferred
