Job Overview

We're seeking an ambitious Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team in this 12-month fixed-term contract position. Located at our stunning Bunurong Memorial Park, you'll be responsible for coordinating and executing various marketing activities across both online and offline channels.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a range of digital marketing strategies to engage with our audience and drive results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver internal and customer-facing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Support the roll-out of our in-house advertising function, including hands-on implementation of digital ads and reporting to meet marketing objectives.
  • Work closely with the wider team to plan and implement the SMCT advertising schedule, adopting a campaign-based approach.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaigns to optimize performance and budget allocation.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a cemetery or funeral services context (desirable).
  • A strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategies, along with proficiency in graphic design tools.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • A collaborative working style, capable of delivering individual, team, and organizational goals within tight deadlines.
