Purpose and Scope: This role is responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality outpatient dialysis services within assigned facilities. The successful candidate will ensure efficient scheduling, direct patient care staff management, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule direct patient care staff to provide coverage for outpatient dialysis treatments in contracted hospitals/facilities.">
  • Ensure accurate documentation of patient treatment information, adhering to established policies and procedures.">
  • Provide guidance and support to outpatient care staff, collaborating with clinical managers and directors on performance evaluations and departmental staffing.">
  • Collaborate with directors and clinical managers to develop and implement quality assessment and improvement initiatives.">

Requirements and Qualifications

">

The ideal candidate will possess a Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.) degree and a minimum of 9 months nursing experience, with 3 months specialized experience in providing clinical nursing care to dialysis patients. Additional preferred qualifications include peritoneal dialysis experience and medical-surgical or ICU-CCU nursing experience.
