Senior Clinical Services Director

As a senior leader in our healthcare organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
This is an integral role where you will lead clinical services delivery across various medical and critical care wards, including dialysis, cardiac/CCU, neuro, rehab, ICU, oncology/haematology, respiratory, and emergency departments.
You will work closely with your skilled and experienced team of clinical nurse managers to support the director of clinical services with coordination and development of care delivery services.
The successful candidate will have extensive senior nursing management experience, knowledge of contemporary clinical trends, legislation, and emerging challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operational skills, including financial and budget management
- Strategic planning skills, including analysis, proposal, and implementation phases
