Outpatient Mental Health Specialist

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated mental health professional to provide outpatient therapy services. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, and be licensed as a LCSW or LPC in the state of Virginia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
- Manage a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
- Provide exceptional customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance the delivery of community-based services
- Utilize creativity in interventions to support clients in achieving their goals
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, other professionals, and school staff as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing. Preference will be given to individuals with experience working with children, adolescents, and teens, as well as couples and families.
