Property Manager Role

A unique opportunity has been created for a skilled Business Development Property Manager to join our professional team of real estate experts.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular contact with current and prospective clients to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Accurately maintain CRM systems, including Agentbox and PropertyMe database, to ensure seamless communication and data management.
  • Keep landlord databases up-to-date by adding new prospects and ensuring all necessary authorities are in place.
  • Provide timely feedback to landlords on vacant properties through the Inspect Real Estate App.
  • Conduct thorough rental appraisals and prepare pre- and post-appraisal packs for sales stock listings.
  • Follow up on appraisals within 24 hours and schedule weekly calls to stay ahead.
  • Attend weekly sales team inspections and be familiar with current sales listings.
  • Recommend maintenance or presentation strategies to new landlords before finalizing deals.
  • Advertise vacant properties accurately and efficiently.
  • Support mid-week Open for Inspections as required.

  • Computer literacy: possess essential computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook: utilize these tools efficiently.
  • Experience with PropertyMe (industry software): mandatory requirement.
  • Working knowledge of industry CRM and portal systems: essential for success.
