The RoleA key member of our leadership team, you will set the department's strategic direction, ensure operational excellence, and align client strategies with company growth objectives. You will be responsible for proactively sourcing commercial properties that align with client investment strategies and fund criteria.
- Lead strategic direction and operations of the Commercial Department.

- Provide expert advice on property acquisition, portfolio strategy, and divestment decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, property owners, and fund partners.
- Oversee and enhance client experience, investment reporting accuracy, and due diligence standards.
We are looking for a commercial property expert with strong leadership credentials and proven success in acquisitions or investment management. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience in commercial property acquisitions, property management, or investment management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (favourable).
- A Real Estate Agent's Licence and ability to gain mutual recognition across Australia.
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships and lead high-performing teams.
