As a Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and management of proposal development activities. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality proposals that meet customer requirements while working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of proposal activities, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Edit and format proposal content for consistency, clarity, and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement graphic tools to create visually appealing infographics, org charts, and layout enhancements.
  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to team members, including meeting facilitation, issue resolution, and action item tracking.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite and SharePoint.
