Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive strategic growth and lead our consulting team.

This role combines expert consulting skills with commercial acumen and leadership expertise. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to develop transformation roadmaps, deliver high-quality solutions, and establish us as a thought leader in your area of specialisation.

  • Define strategic goals and build compelling business cases for change with clients
  • Lead workshops, coaching sessions, and consulting engagements that deliver measurable value
  • Support delivery teams to ensure solutions align with outcomes and are backed by the right people and processes
  • Contribute to major sales proposals and bids with clarity and insight
  • Publish thought leadership that showcases our expertise and builds market credibility
  • Manage and mentor a diverse team of consultants within your practice area
  • Owning revenue targets and delivery KPIs, with a focus on quality, collaboration, and efficiency
