Senior Business Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Business Advisor to join our dynamic and supportive team. This role combines technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills to bring out the best in both clients and colleagues.

The successful candidate will work across areas such as growth and profit improvement, personal coaching, taxation, succession planning, accounting, and more.

A personal approach is key, helping clients achieve their broader business and life goals through advice, support, and vision.

You will thrive in this role if you are innovative and always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to complete work in a near paperless environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Review: Provide expert analysis and ensure high-quality, accurate outcomes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Take ownership of a portfolio of clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute innovative ideas and insights to shape strategic decisions.
  • Tax Advice Preparation: Conduct in-depth research and prepare tailored tax advice for clients.
  • Client Advisory: Deliver proactive guidance, helping clients achieve their business and personal goals.
  • Workflow & Time Management: Manage your own workload efficiently, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and guide direct reports, ensuring their work is well-managed and aligned with objectives.

Requirements:

  • CA/CPA qualified or part-qualified
  • Excellent Time Management Skills
  • Lead by example
  • 7 + years' experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to grow new and existing client relationships
  • An enthusiastic attitude and keen eye for detail
