The role

Join Adbri's Health & Safety team and play a key role in driving WHS performance across our SA and NT operations. Reporting to the SA/NT HSE Manager, you'll lead strategic safety initiatives, support operational teams, and help shape a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion WHS improvements and risk reduction across sites
  • Deliver training, coaching, and support on HSE systems and compliance
  • Guide incident investigations and share safety learnings
  • Conduct site visits, audits, and provide expert WHS advice
  • Support ISO 45001 systems and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring
  • WHS qualification and 5+ years' experience in heavy industry or construction
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and ISO standards
  • ICAM and Cert IV Training & Assessment (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
