About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join JLL and work onsite for a highly valued retail client. Located on site at a prominent shopping centre, this key role will be the face and voice of the centre and will require interactions with customers, contractors, retailers, and staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for centre management office by answering calls and attending to customers and contractors
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable duties
- General office management duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, mail management, contract management
- Maintain and update all Shopping Centre registers
- Attend to general customer & tenant enquires
- Collect sale figures from tenants monthly and enter into MRI
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Positive and cheerful manner with proven customer service and people management skills
- Excellent computer skills in Office applications
- Previous accounts payable or accounts receivable experience is desirable
