Residential Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our up-and-coming lifestyle residential communities in NSW. This role requires strategic project management expertise to deliver and track projects within agreed parameters.
About the Job- Contribute to, supervise and project manage current and proposed projects across the business including greenfield, integrated housing projects, and upgrade of existing manufactured housing estates.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget specifications.
- Manage the tender and construction process, appointing external consultants as necessary.
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts for each project/stage with internal or external sales teams.
- Prepare monthly development reports on forecasted completion costs against adopted feasibility models.
This role is ideal for an individual with experience in manufactured housing estates and land lease community model. Key requirements include:
- A deep understanding of Manufactured Housing Estate (MHE) and land lease community model.
- Knowledge of residential and integrated housing projects staging and design principles.
- Civil works/infrastructure/services expertise is essential.
- Detailed knowledge and experience of construction costs and contracts.
- Strong industry networks and ability to source opportunities off-market.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, with expertise in financial modelling.
