Administrative Support Coordinator

This role is responsible for providing crucial administrative and procurement support to ensure seamless operations and maintenance of a bus fleet.

  • Procurement processes are managed efficiently, with purchase requisitions generated and approved purchase orders issued in a timely manner.
  • Parts, uniforms, supplies, and stationery are ordered for workshop operations as required.
  • Mechanics' registers are maintained and updated accurately, including licences, training, compliance, etc.
  • KPI scorecards, stocktake, and audit documentation (ISO, BOAS, Clean Fleet) are prepared and submitted as needed.
  • Payroll processes are supported, and pay-related queries are resolved promptly.

You will bring:

  • A thorough understanding of procurement procedures for materials and services.
  • Familiarity with automotive workshops and/or the bus industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
