
Customer Payment Resolution Expert

At REA Group, we're changing the way the world experiences property. As a Customer Payments Specialist, you'll play a key role in guiding our customers through the payments and debt recovery process.
Job DescriptionThis is a high-performing team where you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting customers to resolve and negotiate payments, deadlines or payment plans in a fast-paced environment with empathy to our customers and other stakeholders.
- Monitoring queues, interpreting reports making data-driven decisions to maintain collection activity and manage daily workload.
- Managing a high volume of both inbound and outbound collection calls with a focus on customer service.
- Assessing customer files and administering collection solutions.
- Ensuring all customer data is up-to-date and industry compliance standards are met.
- Developing a deep knowledge of our products and technology.
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify issues and escalate to the appropriate channels.
We're looking for someone with 1-2 years' experience in a similar collections or support role, who is a good listener, task-focused, people-first, and passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience.
