SAP SuccessFactors Project Lead

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) as an experienced HR Business Partner and Project Lead.

You will be responsible for leading the project from initiation to completion, collaborating with HR, IT, and external stakeholders. This involves working closely with the HR team and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and success of the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Optimise SAP SuccessFactors across all HR modules.
  • Review and refine system configurations to meet business needs.
  • Coordinate system testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Assist with data validation and maintain system accuracy.
  • Provide support to end-users and troubleshoot post-launch issues.
  • Contribute to change management efforts and create training materials.
  • Actively contribute to the success of the HR team and wider organisation.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience supporting and administering SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes and basic knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Experience with system testing, issue tracking, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focusing on data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical systems to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
