Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource/Organisational Development Consultant to join our team. With a proven track record of delivering expert advice and support, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in various industries.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing customised solutions that meet client objectives. This may involve conducting research and analysis to identify market trends and best practices in human resource/organisational development.

Additionally, you will develop and deliver training programs and workshops for clients on a range of human resource/organisational development topics. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in human resources, organisational development, business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resource/organisational development consulting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven project management skills
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs and workshops
  • Passion for delivering exceptional results for clients
