Our organization is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Strategist to enhance workforce capability and drive organizational performance in Australia.

This role will lead the development and implementation of human resources policies, practices, and processes across Australia. The position will serve as a key partner for associate HR enquiries and collaborate with leadership to ensure the organizational culture is championed by all associates.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute talent upgrade initiatives across Australia.
- Provide strategic HR consulting support to leadership, including training and talent development, recruitment, associate HR enquiries, HR policies, performance management, compensation and benefits, and associate retention strategies.
- Create world-class sourcing, recruitment, recognition, onboarding, and retention strategies for corporate office associates.
- Oversee Performance Management activities and provide expertise and coaching to People Leaders and Associates.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with Australian government regulations, such as FWA, OHS, WorkCover.
- Implement and maintain associate benefit programs, reward and recognition, health & wellness programs.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 10 years' experience in human resources, ideally with multiple roles and rotations in various HR disciplines, such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation, etc.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to positively influence organizational change. People management experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of human resources principles, policies, and techniques, and thorough knowledge of Australian human resources laws and regulations.
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent people skills and the ability to manage interpersonal/people-related issues.
- Experience in retail industry.
