Job Title: Human Resources Strategist

Role Overview:

We seek an accomplished Human Resources Strategist to drive business outcomes through innovative people practices.

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking HR strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Lead the HR team, fostering exceptional service delivery and team growth.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to advise on people and organizational matters.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Ensure efficient and compliant HR operations, processes, and policies.
  • Address employee relations and lead transformation initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and drive process improvements.
  • Oversee office operations, including facilities management and budgeting.
  • Drive engagement initiatives, internal communications, and sustainability efforts to foster a high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
