Senior Human Resource Leader:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building high-performing teams that drive business success through strategic talent acquisition, employee development, and culture engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organisational goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
  • Employee Development:
    • Oversee employee relations, including addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
    • Conduct research and analysis of organisational trends, reviewing reports and metrics from the HR information system or talent management system.
    • Administer performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development.
  • Culture and Engagement:
    • Create a culture of high performance, collaboration, and innovation.
    • Establish a clear vision and mission that reflects the organisation's values and culture.
    • Foster open communication, encourage collaboration, and provide opportunities for employees to participate in decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • A relationship-builder who can partner with and influence senior leaders.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or similar.
  • At least two years of human resource management experience is required, and one year in a high-growth environment.
