**Roster Management**:

- Allocate and assign staff to shifts, ensuring compliance with industrial agreements, contracts, and regulations.
- Understanding client service requests and support needs to accurately match support workers.
- Assess any request to make changes to agreed services and communicate to Service Delivery Manager for approval.
- Monitor and highlight any travel or expenses with Service Delivery Manager
- Maintain accurate record management within the rostering system aligned with the NDIS price guidelines.

**Communication**:

- Communicate schedules, shift changes and updates within legislative requirements.
- Update Support Workers in a timely and effective manner.
- Obtain and monitor staff availability to ensure efficiency.
- Seek approval for any changes to client shifts or service and document these changes in notes

**Conflict Resolution**:

- Respond to and address enquiries and scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with service delivery manager, care coordinator or management to resolve issues and ensure continuity of service.

**Time and Attendance Tracking**:

- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, punctuality, and adherence to scheduled shifts.
- Collaborate with human resources and service delivery manager to record and track time off requests, sick leave, and other attendance related matters.
- Prepare accurate timesheets weekly and seek approval for travel and service time variances.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support organisation goals and objectives.
- Communication any clients with complex mental health or challenge behaviour to management from initial point of contact or if any changes.
- Direct any staff member who has resigned to HR complete exit checklist.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience with rostering and scheduling CRM systems, preferably in a healthcare or service-orientated environment.
- Proven ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Problem solving abilities, with a focus on resolving scheduling conflicts, staffing shortages and operational challenges.
- Experience in Disability Sector, Rostering or Administration.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks whilst ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
