Owners Corporation Portfolio Manager Role

In this dynamic position, as Owners Corporation Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall management of a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use properties.

Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with property committees and owners, providing expert guidance and support, coordinating annual general meetings and committee meetings, maintaining budgets, and ensuring timely completion of repairs and maintenance requests.
