Job Title: Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of properties in the heart of Melbourne. This end-to-end role involves overseeing the entire property management lifecycle, from leasing and maintenance to customer service and financial management.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Consultant or Property Manager in a real estate office. The successful applicant will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of properties, including rent collection, tenant relations, and property maintenance. You will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service, respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.

We offer a great work-life balance, with only one Saturday shift per six and the option to work from home one day a week after a few months. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results and providing top-notch service, and we want to hear from you if you share our values
